There are so many shader packs and mods out there that the Shaders Mod 1.13/1.12.2 might easily be overlooked by players who search using more specific terms. This mod, authored by karyonix, is actually a fine shader mod that adds a special shadow map to the world to complement the light map which is already there.
One of the games with the most terrible graphics, Minecraft has known as unsatisfied 8bit style, the blocks with dark colors, and dull shades and lights system. Step 1: Install Minecraft Forge (if you have already had, skip to step 2), you can see HERE: http://www.mc-mod.net/minecraft-forge/
Step 2: Install Optifine HD (reducing lag FPS, enlarging setting for videos of Minecraft, and supporting to install Shaders Mod): http://www.mc-mod.net/optifine-hd/
Step 3: Install GLSL Shaders Mod (an essential mod to run other Shaders Mod; some new versions of Optifine HD have already had this feature to integrate, but if wanting, you can install), you can see HERE: http://www.mc-mod.net/glsl-shaders-mod/
Step 4: After successfully installing Minecraft Forge and Optifine HD, you can run Minecraft for the first time, go to Options > Videos Settings > Shaders > Shaders Folder, the folder which has Shaders Mod will appear, and then you need to download a suitable Shaders Mod for your version. After that, copy Shaders Folder and come back to Minecraft, choose Shaders Mod and enjoy!
NOTE: If you copied Shaders Mod in the folder, you could not see it on the menu, you should abstract Shaders mod!

As obvious as it could be, I would still give a prop to the author for their insane detailing skill on the oceanic side of Minecraft which most shaders out there would’ve turned a blind eye on. The lightning is incredible and well-done, it’s as real as it could get. The atmosphere is there and absolutely stunning. With the right Resource Pack, I think this could be one of the most wholesome shaders. From what I heard, Oceano Shaders Mod 1.14.4/1.12.2 run smoothly even on a standard PCs specs.

How to install:
Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge, Optifine HD and GLSL Shaders Mod.
Locate the minecraft application folder.
On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
Place the mod you have just downloaded (.zip file) into the .minecraft/shaderpacks/ folder.
When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
In Minecraft proceed to Options > Video Settings > Shaders. This is where all your currently installed shaders are visible. Select the shader by clicking on it.
In the bottom right corner of the said menu click Shader Options. Here you can select from a few preset quality profiles or change any aspect of the shader.
